QUESTION: Which spray rig is used to apply PERMA·CRETE® Matrix Mix to a swimming pool interior?
ANSWER: Use an air compressor with a hopper gun attachment, or QSI's PowerFlo SprayTex unit. Set the hopper gun compressor at 30 psi and the hopper gun nozzle at the next to the smallest spray orifice. NOTE: See Section 12, (pages 8-9) of the Dealer Manual for pool interior applications.

QUESTION: Can PERMA·CRETE® be used to fill wide cracks that are the same depth as a concrete slab?
ANSWER: If a crack is wider than 3/8th of an inch and is through the slab, fill the crack from the bottom of the slab to within 1 inch of the surface with PERMA·CRETE® or PolarSet Matrix Mix prior to repairing the crack. If the crack is 1/8th to 3/8th of an inch, fill the entire crack from the top to the bottom of the slab with Perma·Bond Crack Repair and coarse sand.
