It's not a soap opera, but there are no better words to describe the PERMA·CRETE® installations by Mike Melcho in Locust Grove, Virginia. First, the bathroom lavatory and the bathroom itself are in Mike's own residence, a forty year old home he decided to remodel and to update at the same time. Mike's degree in architecture coupled with his masterful techniques produced these very impressive results. The aggregate lavatory and the unique designs in the bathroom are indeed striking.
Not content with improving just his own home, Mike then made the exterior brick installations on another home in the Lake of the Woods community in Locust Grove.
The walkway and exterior walls are some of the best we’ve ever seen. The very realistic brick treatment was achieved by first spraying PERMA·CRETE® onto the surface over a brick template, and at the right time he then used a brush to stipple the surface to create the brick texture.
Congratulations to Mike and his company Design Plus – and, obviously, he really means it when he says "Plus." That you can see for yourself.
